This type of treatment focuses on guiding the growth of the jaws while simultaneously straightening the teeth and generally allows the treatment of most problems without the extraction of permanent teeth! This more progressive treatment method also usually allows us to avoid older alternatives such as expensive use of the headgear appliance, extraction of teeth and/or jaw surgery.
