Dr. David S. Chermak
Dr. David Chermak attended the University of Kentucky for his Bachelor of Business
Administration degree and graduated in the top 5% of his class at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He completed a general dentistry residency before attending the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, where he received his certificate in orthodontics and master’s degree in biological sciences.
After practicing in Raleigh, North Carolina for a short time, Dr. Chermak relocated to Winston-Salem in 2001 to join Drs. McLain and Steedle. He is a former president of the Forsyth County Dental Society and is a representative of the North Carolina political actions committee for the American Dental Association.
Dr. Chermak and his wife, Marci, have a son and two cats. He is an avid golfer, college sports fan and is actively involved in the community. He and his family also enjoy traveling.
